Virtual Peer-Support Meetings for Young Adults with IBD
These community-led peer groups are a space for young adults with IBD (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s Disease, microscopic colitis, etc.) to discuss their IBD journeys. These groups are a space to talk about your personal experiences, hear from others, and receive and offer support to other young adults who get what you’re going through!
Meetings are held on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 5 p.m. PT/ 8 p.m. ET.

Please note: Our groups are facilitated by members of our community and are not medical support groups or group therapy. We cannot provide medical advice, crisis counseling, or mental health treatment. To respect the privacy of our group members, these meetings are only open to young adult patients — we do not allow researchers, providers, or caregivers to join/observe our groups.
If you have questions about our peer-support groups, or have specific access needs you’d like to discuss, please reach out to rosa@generationpatient.org.
